SPF Eggs

To ensure strict quality control, we produce SPF chicken eggs using filtered-air positive-pressure (FAPP) poultry housing, critical biosecurity measures, and careful selection of layer flocks. We use validated or compendial biological assays to confirm the SPF status of every flock in compliance with USDA memorandum 800.65 and European Pharmacopoeia 5.2.2 guidelines.  A quality control sheet documenting this status accompanies each product shipment. This high degree of quality control and technical expertise is continued through product processing, packing and shipping.

Unique requirements, including eggs from different flock ages, specific egg gram sizes, or specialized flock genetic specifications, can be met on request.
