vWF-A1-A2-A3 Domain, Human, Residues 1261-1874, Recombinant
Human Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) is a multimeric glycoprotein, which is involved in binding coaggulation factor VIII and in adhesion of platelets at sites of vascular damage. In the process of platelet adhesion VWF binds to exposed collagen via the A3 domain, followed by binding of the A1 domain to platelet receptor glycoprotein Ib-IX-V complex.

Production platform: This product has been produced in HEK293 cells using the rPEx®recombinant protein production platform.
