Antibody against rabbit uteroglobuline. Uteroglobin is a secretory protein of the rabbit endometrium which is induced by progesterone. The protein has a mass of 15 kDa and is a homodimer. The human Clara cell-specific proteins, CCSP and polychlorinated biphenyl-binding protein (PCB-BP), are homologous to rabbit uteroglobin and are presumably derived from the same ancestral gene. Rabbit uteroglobin is reported to be present in both the lung and the reproductive organs.
