Mouse anti-Trypanosoma cruzi antibody (8E81F4)
Info
Mouse anti-Trypanosoma cruzi antibody
Antibody against T. cruzi, a protozoan parasite. Upon infection, this parasite causes Chagas disease, a tropical disease caused by a bite by Triatominae, which, in some patients, might result in hearth failure. Patients with chronic Chagas disease develop antibodies against P2b and P0 (two ribosomal proteins of T. cruzi), which cross-react with cardiac receptor.
