Mouse anti-human Protein S
Info
Mouse anti-Protein S
Antibody against Protein S. Protein S is a vitamin K-dependent coagulation factor involved in the regulation of the anticoagulant activity of activated protein C. This antibody binds to an epitope within the third and fourth EGF-like region of the protein, in a calcium independent manner. It is thus useful for the detection of thrombin cleaved Protein S. For immunoblotting experiments, the sample should be reduced for higher sensitivity.
