Mouse anti-NY-ESO 
Antibody against NY-ESO (New York Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma 1). NY-ESO is a cancer-testis antigen encoded by the CTAG1B gene and is normally expressed only in germ cells of the testis but aberrantly expressed in various cancers, including melanoma, lung, ovarian, and esophageal carcinomas. It is one of the most immunogenic tumor antigens known, capable of eliciting both humoral and cellular immune responses. Because of its restricted normal expression and high tumor specificity, NY-ESO is a prominent target for cancer immunotherapy, vaccine development, and tumor biomarker studies.
