Antibody against human Mps1, a tyrosine and serine/threonine dual-specificity kinase required for centrosome duplication and the spindle checkpoint. Alterations to Mps1 have been associated with cell transformation and chromosome instability in different tumor models. It is present in rapidly proliferating cell lines.
