Mouse anti-human vWF
This mouse monoclonal antibody binds to human Von Willebrand Factor (vWF) D4 domain and competes with ADAMTS13 binding. vWF is a multimeric glycoprotein, which is involved in binding coaggulation factor VIII and in adhesion of platelets at sites of vascular damage. In this process the VWF-A3 domain binds to collagen in the vascular matrix.
