Antibody against human Mart-1 with outstanding sensitivity in IHC on melanoma tissue, but also suitable for ELISA and western blot assays. Mart-1/ Melan-A is a single span transmembrane protein originally isolated as melanoma-specific antigen. It localizes to intracellular membranes (melanosomes, ER, Golgi, small vesicles).
