Mouse anti-human Placental Alkaline Phosphatase
This antibody binds human placental alkaline phosphatase and serves as capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with 2B4H11 (catalog number PODI-0040). Human placenta type alkaline phosphatase is a dimeric glycoprotein (N-linked glycans at asparagine residues 144 and 271) that is bound to the cell-membrane via a GPI-anchor which is linked to Aspartate 506.
