Mouse anti-human Placental Alkaline Phosphatase
Antibody specific for human placental alkaline phosphatase (HPLAP). It inhibits the active site and serves as detector in sandwich ELISA with 23F4G3 (catalog number PODI-0042).
Human placenta type alkaline phosphatase is a dimeric glycoprotein (N-linked glycans at asparagine residues 144 and 271) that is bound to the cell-membrane via a GPI-anchor which is linked to Aspartate 506.
