Glycoprotein Ib alpha, Non-Sulfated Form, Human
Glycoprotein Iba is part of the platelet receptor Glycoprotein Ib-XI-V complex. The Glycoprotein Ib-XI-V complex mediates binding of platelets to sites of vascular damage. This product consists of residues 17-306 of glycoprotein Iba and contains the binding sites for Von Willebrand Factor, thrombin and botrocetin. The two N-linked glycolysation sites, Asn37 and Asn 175, have been removed by mutation to glutamine.

Production platform: This product has been produced in HEK293 cells using the rPEx® recombinant protein production platform.
