Residues 30-439 of human CD36 were cloned, the protein was over-expressed in HEK293EBNA1 cells and was purified to homogeneity (Figure 1). The calculated molecular weight of monomeric recombinant human CD36-ECD is 52.4 kDa (including purification tag). The protein contains a N-terminal (Strep - TEV) tag.
Production platform: This product has been produced in HEK293 cells using the rPEx® recombinant protein production platform.
