Human placenta type alkaline phosphatase is a dimeric glycoprotein (N-linked glycans at asparagine residues 144 and 271). The protein is bound to the cell-membrane via a GPI-anchor which is linked to Aspartate 506.
Production platform: This product has been produced in HEK293 cells using the rPEx® recombinant protein production platform.
